Q: How are the prices so low compared to traditional brick and mortar stores?
A: We independently design, grow, cast, and finish our pieces from start to finish. So, we are the manufacturer, distributor, and retailer. This cuts out 3 middle men and about 50% of the profit needed to sustain our operation. Many other jewelers on Etsy and elsewhere also have a retail shop that they need to supplement their online activites with. We work exclusively online, so we can afford to sell pieces well below traditional retail.
Q: How long will this take to arrive?
A: It takes us about 1-2 weeks to create a piece in your ring size from scratch. Typically you can expect it to be shipped in about 7-10 days, and domestic shipping takes a couple of days. International shipping takes about 5 days. If you need it ASAP be sure to let us know and we'll try our best to get it out sooner.
Q: Are the gemstones engagement ring quality?
A: Absolutely, unequivocally yes. When you open the ring box, there is no question. They are quite brilliant.
Q: How do you deal with returns, concerns, etc.?
A: We handle everything with as much care as possible. We will fully refund any piece that isn't to satisfaction. If you changed your mind, or you don't like it as much as you expected, we just ask that you return the piece within about a week.
Q: Do you offer custom services?
A: Yes, we do, but we will only work on a couple at a time. So, make sure to let us know in advance if you plan on starting one in the future.
