We have a variety of transit option available. If an item gets lost or damaged in transit, we take full responsibility for the item until it is marked as 'delivered'.

We make our rings from scratch - which is why we can easily modify or customize and ring by request, typically for no added charge. This is also how we're able to offer them in every ring size without requiring sizing. It generally takes us 5-8 business days to create your ring. We offer transit speeds of USPS First Class, as well as UPS Express. Please let us know if you need your ring by a certain date and we'll do our best to see a timely delivery.

We do not bear responsibility for international fees or duties. International orders will be shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested.
