*This is a full carbon diamond indistinguishable from a natural diamond. There is a microscopic laser inscription on the girdle of the diamond that refers
to its certificate.

I admit I was frustrated by some communication and delay issues but if you can just trust that when the product arrives, it will be amazing, brilliant, a treasure, it will get you past some of the customer service issues. Pictures do not do the ring justice and I can't help but show it off to anyone who will listen to me. Probably the best thing I've ever ordered on-line.
